This service was originally known and owned by Blackspider

and then was purchased by SurfControl as their on-demand services.

Websense aquired Surfcontol in 2007 and the on-demand services are now called Hosted Web and Email Security. 

In essence this is the very same quality service and it now has the backing of Websense and therefore will gain extra resources and development.
